Auto Racing Rules

General:

1. -All bets have action, even if a competitor withdraws for any reason, unless the entire race is cancelled.

2. -Both drivers must start the race for match-up wagering to have action.

3. -The start of any motor race is defined as the signal to start the warm-up lap.

4. -The official winner at the conclusion of the race will be the winner for betting purposes.

5. -In a given list of odds featuring players' names, the "field" option represents all other players not listed.

6. -Races must be run within 48 hours for your bet to have action.

Postponements:

-If a race or qualifier is postponed for any reason, all wagers will remain valid for 48 hours. If the postponement lasts more than 48 hours, all wagers will be canceled and the monies refunded.

NASCAR Races:

1. -The Official NASCAR winner of the race shall be the winner of the race for wagering purposes; this includes all races which are halted prematurely for any reason.

2. -In head-to-head matchups, both drivers must start the race in order for the wager to be considered "action".

3. -If a starting driver who has completed at least one lap is replaced during the race by another driver for any reason, the starting driver will be awarded the finishing driver's position at the end of the race.

Example: Driver JONES starts the race, completes 8 laps, but leaves the race due to injury, and then replacement driver SMITH finishes the race and places 10th. In the race standings, driver JONES would be credited with a 10th place finish.

4. -Disqualifications that occur more than 30 minutes after the race has ended are not recognized for wagering purposes.

NASCAR Qualifiers:

1. -For qualifying matchups, only the times posted during the qualifying session are used.

2. -If a driver starts a lap but does not post a time, the driver is deemed to finish last, losing to all drivers who post a time. If more than one driver starts a lap but does not post a time, all such drivers are tied.

3. -If a driver does not cross the start line, all wagers that specify that driver are considered "no action".

4. -Disqualifications that occur more than 30 minutes after the qualifying session has ended are not recognized for wagering purposes.

5. -If the two drivers in a wagering matchup post the same time to the nearest thousandth of a second, the matchup will be graded as No Action and all monies refunded. In this situation, the starting positions assigned by NASCAR are not relevant for wagering purposes.

6. -Wagering lines on qualifying matchups will be considered closed at the start of the first practice. Any wagers made after the start of the first practice session will be graded as No Action and all monies refunded.

FORMULA 1:

1. -Wagers on a driver will be in effect if, and only if, the driver lines up on the official starting grid after the warm-up lap.

2. -The podium positions will be used to determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd for betting purposes.

3. -In head-to-head matchups, both drivers must start the race in order for the wager to be considered "action".

4. -In two-way matchups, if both drivers fail to complete the race, the driver completing the most laps will be deemed the winner. If both drivers retire on the same lap, wagers will be settled on the official FIA classification at the time of the podium presentation.
